It is the 1999 Holiday Reindeer pane issue with Scott numbers 3360 to 3363. The self-adhesive Christmas block is serpentine die cut 11¼ on 2, 3 or 4 sides . Tom Nikosey designed the 33c self-adhesives and they were printed by Banknote Corp. of America (BCA). The stamps feature a stylized gold jumping deer on colored background. Thirty Three cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 1999 until Jan. 2001. The se-tenant block will meet your 1999 Lighthouse album requirement. The stamps have been carefully taken from 3363a self-adhesive booklets of 20.
