CANADA 36i Mint/8 NH 2c green Small Queen IMPRINT BLOCK OF 16 1889-1897 2c green Queen Victoria Small Queen, 2nd Ottawa printing, lower sheet margin square block of 16, showing full Type VII imprint, mint with fresh colour, with some separation, half of the stamps hinged and half never hinged. Large block of the 2c are getting quite scarce to find.
