CANADA 36i Used 2c Small Queen LARGE BLOCK OF 10 1889-1897 2c green Queen Victoria Small Queen, 2nd Ottawa printing, used BLOCK OF 10, on small piece, with multiple strikes of R in circle registration cancel, lower left stamp showing "weak entry" variety.
