This figure is USED in that it was PREVIOUSLY OPENED for DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY. Everything is complete and included. It was NEVER played with. The figure alone was just used as a display piece, while the packaging and accessories were never touched and are completely intact. As far as condition is concerned, the figure is completely mint. The bubble and card/backing are intact and in good condition. The card/backing does have a little shelf wear with some edgewear and corner bends. Other wise it is in excellent condition.
