This is a clearance sale—I need to get a lot of stamps moved out. Here is a great group of 15-cent stamps, all mint, never hinged. Each lot includes AT LEAST two plate blocks and AT LEAST one se-tenet block. Other than the stamps in plate blocks, all stamps will be DIFFERENT. Most are commemoratives. Fifty stamps included, with face value $7.50, but these are selling for ONLY $6.25. Buy more than one at the same time and I will provide more variety.
